Global Public Safety LLC Acquires Beltronics Inc. Vehicle Up-fitting Division

Global Public Safety LLC, a LB&B Associates Inc. Subsidiary Acquires Beltronics Inc. Vehicle Up-fitting Division, Beltronics up-fitting Division provides police and emergency vehicle up-fitting services for federal, state and local agencies in the New England region. Global will relocate the new operation to a larger facility located at 5 Executive Drive in Hudson NH. The change of ownership will be effective April 1st 2018 and the new facility is expected to open in June 2018. Global and LB&B welcome Mr. Dave Foster, Operations Supervisor, and his team to the new company.
