HANOVER, MARYLAND: Global Public Safety, LLC (Global), the vehicle upfitting and public safety technology company, announces that on December 11, 2018,an agreement was reached with Lightning Wireless Solutions, Inc, (LWS, Inc.) a leading up-fit and communication services company, finalizing the sale of Lightning Wireless Solutions, Inc (Wellington, FL vehicle upfitting division only)to Global effective December 13, 2018, which will incorporate the acquired company into its overall operations, retaining its location in Wellington, FL.
With this acquisition, Global, a subsidiary of LB&B Associates Inc., continues the significant expansion of its public safety solutions business under LB&B leadership. Global President and CEO, Keith Nason is proud to welcome the existing LWS, Inc.
